RULES OF THE IBRIDE DRAW COMPETITION

 

Article 1 - Definition and conditions of the competition IBRIDE DESIGN, whose registered office is located at 17 rue du stade Fontain, France, is organising a competition as part of an Internet marketing operation to promote the www.ibride-design.com website.

- The company IBRIDE DESIGN is also referred to hereafter as:  


"the Organiser, the Organising Company, the Organisers, the Professional".

« l’Organisateur, la Société Organisatrice, les Organisateurs, le Professionnel ».

 

- The "Participant" in the competition is also referred to hereafter as  


"the Participant, the User, the Contributor, the Player"..

« le Participant, l’Utilisateur, le Contributeur, le Joueur ».

 

- The "Winner" of the prize draw is also referred to hereinafter as "the Winner"..

 

Article 2 - Conditions of participation

This game is open to any natural person, major, residing in metropolitan France and worldwide, after acceptance of the conditions of participation in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Only one entry per person is accepted for the duration of the competition.

 

Article 3 - Competition dates

- Start date of the competition: 24 June 2021 at 2:00 pm - end date of the competition: 07 July 2021 at 11:30 pm - date of the draw: 15 July 2021

 

Article 4 - Terms and conditions of participation

4.1) Conditions for submitting an application

In order for the entry to be validated by the Organiser, the Participant must :

 

Leave his/her contact details at the end of the survey so that we can contact him/her again if he/she wins the prize draw.  

 

As soon as the registration/ re-registration is completed, the participation is validated. .

 

 4.2) Guarantees and responsibility for the validity of the game   

IBRIDE reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this operation if it is not carried out as agreed: any virus, bug, violation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical problem or other cause beyond the control of IBRIDE alters and affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or conduct of IBRIDE.

 

In general, the Participants guarantee the Organisers of this competition against any recourse, action or claim that any third party may make, in any capacity whatsoever, in respect of all guarantees and commitments made. 

 

4.3) Drawing procedures

- A draw to designate three Winners.

 

Article 5 - Prizes/batches

5.1) Value of the prizes:

The prizes offered by IBRIDE constitute "prizes" in this sense.

 

Each of the three winners will have the choice between the following four products::

 

-A Ming Muse - Faux Semblants dinner service

 

-A tray - Portrait Gallery Goupil

 

-One at dawn - Small Presences

 

The prizes offered cannot be disputed. The participants drawn at random will be designated as winners by the competition managers. IBRIDE reserves the right to change the prize without notice. If this is the case, the value of the prize will be equivalent to or greater than the product replaced. The counterpart in cheque or in cash of the gifts cannot be offered.

 

Article 6 - Terms and conditions for awarding prizes

Only one prize may be awarded to any one individual..

 

 The Winners will then be invited to provide their precise contact details: surname, first name, date of birth, address, town, post code, country, telephone number, email address by email to: marc@ibride.fr. If the Winner does not provide this information within 10 days, he/she will lose his/her status as Winner. The prize will then be sent by post.

 

 Article 7 - Nominative and personal data

By participating, Players authorise the Organisers in advance to use all nominative information communicated for the purposes of advertising communications (such as newsletters, communication of promotional codes, etc.). The personal data collected about you is compulsory and necessary for the processing of your participation in the game. It is intended for the Organisers. In accordance with the regulations in force, the information collected is intended exclusively for the Organisers and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever.

 


The information communicated by the participant is intended for use by IBRIDE in the context of access to its service in accordance with the general conditions of sale and in the context of the management of this game.

 

 Article 8 - Responsibilities and rights

The Organisers: - Reserve the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit the winnings or cancel this game in case of force majeure. Consequently, they shall not be held liable in this respect. - Shall not be held responsible for the fraudulent use of a Participant's connection rights or prize allocation. - Shall not be held liable in the event of malfunctioning of the Internet network, telephone lines or reception equipment preventing the game from running smoothly. Furthermore, they shall not be held liable in any way for problems with the delivery or loss of electronic or postal mail. - Disclaim all liability in the event of technical failure, anomaly, hardware and software of any kind (virus, bug, etc.) caused on the Participant's system, their computer equipment and the data stored therein and the consequences that may arise from this on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

 

Article 9 - Conditions of exclusion

Participation in these games implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules without any reservation or prior condition on the part of the Participant, failure to comply with the said rules leading to exclusion from the competition, the pure and simple nullity of his/her participation and the award of prizes.
