Alpine pass star-climber or literature's legendary hero? As the name suggests in both cases, the ibex is beset by struggle - both physical and mental. Standing on his hind legs, the sculpture can be mounted on a wall or acquired as a set of two and placed in a combat position. Fausto symbolizes nature's simple, impetuous and fundamental strength.

Designed by Benoît Convers, Fausto enters the world of Mobilier de Compagnie with the strength and daring of a soaring ibex. Inspired by the majesty of the mountains, this sculptural piece embodies the struggle - both physical and moral - of the ibex standing proudly on its hind legs. Available in solo or duo versions, it lends itself to a variety of configurations: leaning against a wall or in confrontation, Fausto creates dramatic tension.

Fausto is designed and manufactured in our own workshop in France, where the finest craftsmanship meets the highest quality materials. The HPL (High Pressure Compact Laminate) used in this creation gives Fausto resistance to impact, heat and weather. This highly durable material ensures that the furniture retains its lustre and strength no matter what the environment. In keeping with our commitment to environmental responsibility, Fausto is delivered flat-packed to limit its carbon footprint, while making assembly simple and intuitive for everyone.

Simple care is all Fausto needs to maintain its sculptural appeal. A soft cloth and a little soapy water are all that is needed to maintain its original appearance, whatever the exposure. Ideal for adding a touch of energy to your living room, office or even outdoors, it blends into any space with quiet strength.
