With Boucan, the publisher Ibride unveils a graphic pendant light, rich in detail and saturated with color, the signature of the renowned textile designer Juraj Straka. Feathers, foliage, and animal silhouettes intersect and overlap, creating a scene where flora and fauna come to life under the play of light.

A botanical shelter at the heart of the home 

Beneath Boucan’s expansive dome, light dances through the openwork forms, casting delicate shadows on walls and ceiling. Like a forest where sunlight filters through the branches, the pendant creates a soft, enveloping atmosphere. The intricate, color-rich patterns enhance this ambiance, transforming any room into a poetic retreat.

The Boucan pendant stands out for its airy and graphic design. With a wingspan of 130 cm and a thickness of just 1 mm, it unfolds from the ceiling like a light and elegant dome. Its finely cut pattern casts delicate shadows that evoke lush foliage, bringing movement and lightness to any space.

Boucan is delivered flat, reducing the carbon footprint associated with transport. It comes with a fabric cord and a carbon filament bulb, and can be easily installed on the ceiling using the included cord.

Boucan is entirely crafted in the Ibride workshop in France. The pendant is made from a thin sheet of Bloom eco‑technical laminate, a material that is both lightweight and durable, maintaining its shape while offering a refined finish. This choice of material ensures longevity and quality, in keeping with the brand’s artisanal approach.

To care for your pendant, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive products or solvents, as they may damage the material.
