Inspired by the Medicis, the influential Italian family of the Renaissance, Rachel Convers imagines Margot and Urbin in the form of two pumas. The Galerie de Portraits collection reflects the multifaceted universe of the designer's imagination, brought to life on pictorial trays.

Margot, a sovereign figure from a particularly fruitful era in terms of art of culture, takes the shape of a puma as an expression of her lineage's power and perspective.

​Urbin, Margot's imaginary husband, takes the form of a puma, as an expression of the power and perspective of his lineage. The animal, a personality with majestic behavior, imposes himself as a visionary master, guardian of the influence of his century. 

The Galerie de Portraits presents a collection of unique characters, turning each object into a living painting.

Among these portraits, inspired by the famous Italian Renaissance family, Rachel Convers’s Médicis trays transform Margot and Urbin into elegant pumas, symbols of power and vision.  

These trays, both decorative and narrative, can be used to serve guests or displayed as true living artworks.

The Médicis serving trays are made from birch laminated wood, a material that is both lightweight and sturdy. The birch is carefully molded in Sweden before being cut and finished in France, providing resistance to water and heat. This choice of material ensures exceptional durability while remaining environmentally responsible. The illustrations are protected by a satin finish that preserves their brilliance over time, even with daily use.

The Médicis serving trays adapt to all everyday situations, whether for a coffee break, serving tea, enjoying an aperitif with friends, or simply as a decorative element. They come with a wall hook, allowing them to be easily hung and removed, transforming them into versatile works of art.
